Welcome to The Kitchen Setup, operated by Rohini Classicware, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using this website you agree to the following terms.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that doesn’t infringe on the rights of, or restrict, any other person’s use of it. Content (text, photographs, illustrations) is owned by Rohini Classicware unless stated otherwise.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a pricing or inventory error is detected after an order is placed. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
• Product images are representative. Handcrafted pieces will have minor variations, that is part of their character.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

Shipping

Shipping within India is dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation and delivered in 5–7 working days. Charges are flat ₹100 below ₹2,500 and ₹200 for ₹2,500 and above.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the order value. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
